Abstract

为了制备蒲公英总黄酮提取物泡腾片,试验以感官质量为评价指标,进行单因素试验和正交试验.结果表明:蒲公英总黄酮提取物泡腾片的最佳配方是NaHCO3与柠檬酸的质量比为1:2.5;蒲公英提取物添加量为16％;甜菊糖甙添加量为2.5％;同时添加一定比例的甘露醇和乳糖作为填充剂;以10％淀粉浆作为黏合剂;以1.5％硬脂酸镁作为润滑剂.
