Abstract
为了廉价地规模化快速繁殖荷斯坦母牛,试验将本地母黄牛作为受体,对屠宰的荷斯坦母牛卵巢中卵母细胞经体外成熟培养、体外X精子受精、冷冻性控胚胎、解冻及移植,使母黄牛受孕而繁殖.结果表明:受体母黄牛1 645头,妊娠率为40％,雌性率为95％,死亡率为1.1％,难产率为8％.
