云南省2013-2015年间部分猪场猪瘟感染情况调查

Abstract
了解云南省部分猪场猪瘟发病情况,为猪场制订合理的防控规程提供依据,采用RT-PCR方法对20132015年间云南省部分猪场1 055份样品进行了猪瘟病毒(CSFV)的病原检测.结果表明:2013-2015年猪瘟病毒阳性率分别为7.20％、17.65％、12.26％,三年间猪瘟参与混合感染占总混合感染的比例分别为37.5％、46.4％、67.4％.说明在云南省境内部分猪场猪瘟的发病率仍然很高,有的猪场甚至在使用疫苗后仍然发病.
