当前中国奶牛养殖规模化、集约化、现代化程度越来越高,整体奶牛养殖生产水平同欧美国家的先进水平日趋接近.规模牧场奶牛繁育管理者的理论素养和操作技能进步明显,笔者对主要影响规模牧场奶牛繁育指标的管理要点和技能要点进行总结,以供国内同行参考[1].
