Abstract
选取4种不同种类的消毒剂对北方春季规模化牛场进行消毒,通过消毒前、后细菌数量的变化计算出消杀率,探讨各种消毒剂灭菌效果;根据细菌的恢复率推荐春季最佳消毒间隔周期.试验结果表明:以络合类消毒剂效果最佳,其次为醛类、季胺盐类、碘类消毒剂;春季最佳消毒间隔周期为4d.
