Abstract
为了优化关玉竹多糖的提取工艺,试验以多糖含量为考察指标,采用L9(34)正交试验法和紫外分光光度法对关玉竹多糖提取工艺中料液比、提取温度、提取时间及超声频率4个因素进行优化研究,对关玉竹多糖含量进行测定.结果表明:关玉竹多糖的最佳提取条件为料液比1∶35,提取温度为30℃,超声时间为2.5h,超声频率为90 Hz,在该提取条件下关玉竹多糖含量为110.23 mg/g.
