为了控制乌鲁木齐市某鸡场致病性大肠杆菌在鸡群中的传播,对该场疑似大肠杆菌病料进行分离鉴定,并通过药物敏感试验确定敏感性药物,为有效防治大肠杆菌病提供了依据. 1 材料 1.1 病料来源 心脏、肝脏、脾脏等病料采自乌鲁木齐市某鸡场30～35日龄具有典型纤维素性心包炎、肝周炎、出血性肠炎和气囊炎的艾维茵病死肉鸡.
