Abstract
逆流挽舟法[1]为清代医家喻嘉言所倡导,治外邪陷里而成痢疾者,使陷里之邪仍由里出表而愈,如逆水中挽舟上行之意,故称逆流挽舟,意即通过疏散表邪,表气疏通,达到里滞亦除其痢自止的目的,对应方剂为人参(党参)败毒散[2].笔者运用中医“逆流挽舟法”治疗犊牛腹泻取得了满意的效果,现报道如下.
