巨须裂腹鱼(Schizothorax macropogon Regan)属于硬骨鱼纲、骨鳔鱼次亚纲、鲤形目、鲤科、裂腹鱼亚科、裂腹鱼属、巨须裂腹鱼科,地方名巨须弓鱼.主要摄食水中底栖生物、无脊椎动物、水生昆虫,同时也兼食着生硅藻类,喜栖息于河流入口交汇,水生一般在1米左右,底质一般为砾石或砂质的滩地.
