菲律宾蛤仔(Ruditapes philippinarum)是我国四大养殖贝类之一,年产量约300万t,占世界总产量的90%,单种产量在我国养殖贝类中最高.随着人民生活水平的提高,国内外市场均供不应求,市场潜力巨大.但目前养殖的蛤仔均为野生或野生到家化的过度群体,基因型不稳定.缺乏人工培育的高产、抗逆品种是制约产业可持续发展的瓶颈之一.
