Abstract
金鳟(Oncorhynchus mykiss)是日本长野县从虹鳟突变选育出的黄金体色品系,1996年我国引进后根据其体色将其命名为“金鳟”.这些年我国对金鳟的研究较多,但对循环水养殖模式下的研究还较少,笔者通过对循环水养殖模式下的金鳟肌肉脂肪酸组成和含量进行分析,以期为金鳟的循环水养殖提供基础数据[1].
