转基因技术作为鱼类育种的新途径,自20世纪80年代第一个转基因鱼模型建立以来,已经历30多年,获得了30多种转基因鱼.在提高生长速度、抗逆性等研究中取得了巨大的成就.本文主要对鱼类转基因研究现状及方向作以综述,并对其发展趋势进行展望.
