Abstract
报道了台湾泥鳅胚胎发育过程的观察结果.台湾泥鳅的受精卵近圆型,其卵径为0.9mm左右,胚胎发育全程可划分为7个阶段:受精卵胚盘形成期、卵裂期、囊胚期、原肠胚期、神经胚形成期、器官形成期和孵化出膜期.观察结果表明,在水温25℃左右,受精卵约经28小时孵化出膜.
