腐植酸钾对小白菜产量、生理特性及养分利用效率的影响

Abstract
在盆栽条件下,以小白菜(Brassica chinensis)‘四月慢’为试验材料,通过设置不同水平(0、0.01%、0.1%、0.3%、0.5%)的腐植酸钾,研究其对小白菜产量、生理特性以及养分吸收利用效率等的影响.结果表明:施用腐植酸钾可显著改善小白菜产量,且腐植酸钾施用量为0.1%时产量最高,比对照提高37.1%;MDA含量和抗氧化酶活性发生改变.此外,施用腐植酸钾后小白菜N、P、K含量均增加,其中N、K上升显著.小白菜植株的N、P、K总积累量先上升后降低,均在腐植酸钾施用量为0.1%时总积累最大,分别提高56.4%、37.3%、50.7%.施用腐植酸钾后小白菜植株N、P的养分吸收效率(AE)、养分偏生产力(PFP)和养分干物质效率(DME)比对照显著增加,且腐植酸钾施用量为0.1%时增幅最大;N含量分别提高55.6%、42.2%和42.2%,P含量分别上升40.0%、40.0%和30.0%.K的AE、PFP和DME在0.01%和0.1%时高于对照,0.3%和0.5%时低于对照处理.
