低氧对团头鲂心肌细胞凋亡及抗氧化酶活性的影响

Abstract
以团头鲂为研究对象,采用HE染色及电镜方法观察低氧对心脏组织结构的影响.结果显示,低氧可导致团头鲂心脏组织结构的变化及线粒体损伤;通过TUNEL及荧光定量PCR检测发现低氧能诱导心肌细胞凋亡并引起抑凋亡基因Bcl-2表达量的变化;基于蔗糖梯度离心法提取心脏线粒体,并分析线粒体中MDA含量及SOD活性的变化,结果显示低氧(DO:(2.5±0.5) mg/L)可引起团头鲂心脏线粒体中MDA含量及SOD活性的降低.
