贯叶连翘不定根提取工艺优化及其对酪氨酸酶活性的影响

Abstract
为提高贯叶连翘不定根提取物抑制酪氨酸酶活性的效果,该试验对不定根提取时的提取溶剂、提取物浓度和提取时间、提取温度、提取次数及甲醇浓度等条件进行了优化,以探明对酪氨酸酶活性抑制的最优提取工艺.结果表明:不定根甲醇提取物对酪氨酸酶的抑制率高于乙醇和水提物,提取物浓度为800μg/mL时,抑制效果好于其它浓度.在提取时间1 h,提取温度70℃,提取次数4次和甲醇浓度为80% 条件下提取的贯叶连翘不定根提取物对酪氨酸酶活性的抑制率达到最高,为90.2%.
