Abstract
以柿树试管苗为试材,研究了不同种类及不同浓度的植物生长调节剂对小于1 cm幼芽增殖和大于1cm幼梢生根的影响.结果表明,培养基中添加ZT1.0 mg/L+BA0.2 mg/L+IAA 0.02 mg/L有利于幼芽增殖;添加ZT1.0 mg/L+BA 0.1 mg/L+IAA0.05 mg/L有利于新梢生长;NAA诱导生根的效果优于IBA和IAA,以NAA 0.5 mg/L与IBA0.25 mg/L配合使用效果最佳,不仅生根率高,且平均根条数多.
