Abstract

以黑龙江省野黍种子为研究对象,测定生理生化指标,探讨野黍对烟嘧磺隆抗药性水平及抗性机制.结果表明,黑龙江省不同地区野黍种群对烟嘧磺隆产生不同程度抗药性.不同抗性水平野黍种群抗药机理主要表现在施用烟嘧磺隆后,高抗性野黍种群叶片中保护酶(SOD、POD)、代谢解毒酶(GSH、GST)含量和活性高于中抗性和敏感性野黍种群,对烟嘧磺隆代谢解毒能力强,靶标酶(ALS)活性、叶绿素含量恢复快,正常新陈代谢恢复速度快,因此种群抗性水平较高.研究为野黍防治提供理论依据.
