Abstract
为了解禽源鲍曼不动杆菌与已知同种异源菌株的差异性,基于管家基因recA(同源重组因子A基因)并结合16S rRNA基因对2株禽源鲍曼不动杆菌分离株进行系统发育分析.结果表明:分离株序列同源性与鲍曼不动杆菌的同源性最高,高达92.0％～99.9％,且与人源鲍曼不动杆菌遗传距离最近,证实了recA基因与16S rRNA基因在鉴定鲍曼不动杆菌属菌种上的正确性.这一研究提示,分离自禽的鲍曼不动杆菌在基因演化上可能源自于人类.
