Abstract
采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱和高效液相色谱等方法对海洋放线菌Streptomyces sp.WQ-2固体发酵产物的化学成分进行分离纯化,并利用质谱、核磁共振谱及文献比对方法鉴定化合物的结构.结果表明:从Streptomyces sp.WQ-2固体发酵产物中分离得到5个化合物,分别被鉴定为D-阿洛醇(1)、胡萝卜苷(2)、5-oxo-pyrrolidine-2-carboxylic acid (3)、麦角甾醇(4)和lumichrome(5).其中,化合物1、3和5首次从Streptomyces sp.发酵产物中分离获得.
