Abstract
In patients with Parkinson's disease treated with duodenal levodopa/carbidopa infusion, buried bumper syndrome has been documented in 5,4% of cases. Normally, the initial treatment of this syndrome is endoscopic therapy, although sometimes surgery may be necessary. For this reason, 4 cases of buried bumper syndrome treated with surgery are presented.
