Abstract
为研究精喹禾灵及其代谢物精喹禾灵酸在土壤中降解的影响因素,建立了HPLC-DAD分析法.可同时检测土壤中两种化合物的残留量.用单因素分析法,分别研究了温度、湿度、有机质、微生物条件对黑龙江土壤中精喹禾灵及其代谢物的影响.结果表明:精喹禾灵中间代谢物为精喹禾灵酸,微生物对精喹禾灵及其代谢物降解影响最大.在25℃,35%的含水量下,有机质含量高的土壤,精喹禾灵及其代谢物降解最快.
