Abstract
通过对提取纯化后的原料药进行全面的性质考察,针对其缺陷,对稀释剂种类进行了筛选及处方优化.在香菇多糖颗粒剂处方优化过程中,考察了两种稀释剂单独与混合使用时不同配比对制剂的影响,优化出香菇多糖颗粒剂最优处方原料药∶甘露醇∶乳糖=1∶1.5∶0.5,制备出的香菇多糖颗粒剂经质量检查符合药典规定,质量合格,为制药企业生产香菇多糖颗粒剂提供了理论依据.
