Abstract
为研究牛冠状病毒(Bovine Coronavirus,BCV)HE基因进化关系,试验利用提取牛冠状病毒核酸,将RNA反转录成cDNA,并以此为模板扩增出全长为1300 bp HE基因片段,将其与pMD-18T载体连接,产物克隆入DH5α感受态细胞,测序,结果与GenBank中已发表的14株BCV的HE基因序列进行系统进化树分析.扩增出的牛冠状病毒HE基因序列(HLJ-14),符合HE基因型参照序列特点,与GenBank中已发表的另外14株BCV HE基因型全序列同源性为97.3%~98.8%.
