Abstract
通过直接水解,采用对二甲氨基苯甲醛显色的紫外光谱法测定猪肉中色氨酸的含量,建立了一种检出限低、精密度高、回收率高的分析方法.线性范围为0.02-14.0μg/mL,检出限为9.2ng,回收率为98.8％-103.5％.该方法简单快速,灵敏度高,适用于样品数目较多的定量分析.
