青钱柳中α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂的研究

Abstract
利用 Sephadex LH-20柱层析和半制备液相色谱从青钱柳叶水提取物中分离得到一种易溶于水的白色粉末状化合物,得率约为0.03‰.紫外光谱和高分辨质谱表明该化合物具有多糖特性.该化合物对α-葡萄糖苷酶有很高的亲和性,反应时间小于0.5 min.该化合物对α-葡萄糖苷酶有很强的抑制作用,半抑制质量浓度(IC50)为3.13μg/mL,抑制作用类型属于混合非竞争性抑制.
