Abstract

[目的]探明高效液相色谱法(HPLC)法测定萘普生含量的可靠性.[方法]高效液相色谱法:流动相由甲醇:0.01 mol/LKH2 PO4(75∶25,V/V)组成;流速1.0 m L/ min;检测波长为272 nm.[结果]HPLC法的平均回收率为99.08％,相对标准偏差(RSD)0.5％小于标准2％,线性方程为Y=4.326 9+25.792 9X,R=0.999 999.[结论]紫外分光光度法和高效液相色谱法测定萘普生注射液中萘普生含量的结果差异较小,建立的高效液相色谱法可以对萘普生注射液进行快速检测.
