水分胁迫对小麦叶绿体膜脂过氧化的影响

Abstract
小麦幼苗在-0.2 MPa PEG 根际渗透胁迫24 h后,分离叶绿体的MDA含量升高、SOD 活性增加.类囊体膜脂肪酸组分中亚麻酸含量显著降低,脂肪酸不饱和指数下降,磷脂组分中PG 含量大幅度降低.同时,叶绿体内和类囊体膜联结的LOX活性升高,表明水分胁迫对小麦叶绿体膜的损伤与自由基导致的膜脂过氧化和LOX导致的酶促氧化有关.
