Abstract
蓖麻毒蛋白(Ricin)是一种核糖体失活蛋白,对真核细胞有毒性.它移除真核细胞核糖体大亚基28S rRNA保守序列中特异的腺嘌呤残基,使蛋白合成过程终止,导致细胞死亡.本文对蓖麻毒蛋白在植物细胞内合成后转运出细胞的过程,以及蓖麻毒蛋白作用于哺乳动物细胞时转运过程的研究进展予以简要描述.
