盐胁迫对黑龙江5种红小豆种子萌发的影响

Abstract
为研究不同浓度NaCl胁迫对黑龙江省红小豆种子芽期的影响,评价红小豆种子在芽期耐盐性,本试验以黑龙江地区5种红小豆为材料,设置5个NaCl浓度梯度(32.5 mmol/L、65 mmol/L、97.5 mmol/L、130 mmol/L、162.5 mmol/L)及0浓度对照,探讨盐胁迫对5种红小豆种子发芽率、发芽势、根长、芽长、侧根数、根重及芽重的影响.结果表明:①盐胁迫具有抑制红小豆种子萌发作用;②低浓度(<65 mmol/L)盐胁迫的抑制作用会随盐溶液浓度增加而增强,盐浓度高于65 mmol/L时严重抑制红小豆种子萌发;③综合各项指标5种红小豆中珍珠红的耐盐性最高.
