Abstract
通过响应面法对一株产琼胶酶菌株的发酵工艺进行了优化,得到最佳发酵培养基组分为:酵母粉0.42%、琼脂粉0.37%,NaCl 3.3%,MgSO40.5%,KCl 0.1%,CaCl2 0.02%,K2HPO4 0.01%,FeSO40.002%;最佳发酵条件为:发酵温度31℃,装液量为250 mL三角瓶装100mL培养基,接种量4%,pH7.8.经验证,最优条件下的酶活力达到36.84±1.9 U/mL,较优化前酶活力增加了45.61%.
