Abstract
玉米ZmELF基因编码一个EREBP-like转录因子,含有一个AP2结构域,属于转录因子AP2/EREBP家族,对干旱响应明显.本研究对103份供试自交系的ZmELF基因进行目标序列捕获并测序,获得了1789 bp的全长序列.核苷酸多态性分析发现43个变异位点,包括42个SNPs和1个Indel.对ZmELF基因进行中性检验分析,表明该基因没有明显的人工选择痕迹.该基因的编码区共有7个变异位点,均为SNP,4个为同义位点,其余3个为非同义位点,蛋白质序列按非同义位点分为4种类型.
