Oct4,Sox2,Nanog和c-Myc基因在蚯蚓发育早期的表达

Abstract
通过已知物种的干细胞多能性基因核酸序列,利用同源序列法,成功克隆得到赤子爱胜蚓(Eisenia foetida)的Oct4,Nanog,Sox2和c-Myc 4个基因,并通过实时荧光定量PCR分析了上述4个基因在赤子爱胜蚓茧孵化期间的表达情况.结果表明:赤子爱胜蚓茧在孵化期0~21 d,4个基因呈相似的规律,表达量均逐步升高,在21 d达到峰值;在幼虫期Oct4,Nanog和c-Myc 3个基因的表达量高于孵化期.结果表明,上述基因在赤子爱胜蚓早期发育过程中表达模式具有一定的相似性.
