豫丰黄兔是河南省优良地方培育品种.该品种是利用虎皮黄(太行山兔)为母系、比利时兔为父系,经多代种间杂交选育而成.其具有生长速度快、饲料利用高、外貌美观独特、被毛黄色、遗传性能稳定、母性好、泌乳量大、产仔率高、适应性好、抗病力强、经济效益理想等特点,被誉为"兔中之花".
