Abstract
在实验室恒温箱内,采用离体苹果叶片饲养技术研究了不同温度条件下山楂叶螨发育速率与温度的关系,用sharpe and MeDichele生物物理模型进行了拟合.结果表明,山楂叶螨各虫态的最快发育温度为35～37℃.用直接最优法计算出山楂叶螨卵-产卵前期的发育起点温度及有效积温分别为12.6℃、190.8日度.
