近年来,中国脐橙产业持续快速发展,脐橙保鲜技术的研究取得很大的进展.笔者归纳了脐橙果实采后贮藏生理生化的特点,分析了国内外脐橙主要的保鲜新技术——留树保鲜、热处理、天然保鲜剂、拮抗菌、基因工程等技术的研究进展,最后讨论了脐橙保鲜技术的研究方向.
