Abstract
将虫草粗多糖添加入夏秋茶中,以开发出一种虫草多糖茶产品.经比较不同添加量、不同绿茶和不同干燥方式对虫草多糖茶的品质影响,表明虫草粗多糖添加量为20%~30%、以烘青和晒青绿茶为原料、经炒干的方式干燥,更有利于虫草多糖茶品质的形成.添加虫草多糖,可以明显改进夏秋绿茶的品质,将促进夏秋茶的开发利用.
