几种外源酚酸对分枝期盆栽大豆化感效应研究

Abstract
为了探讨不同浓度外源酚酸对分枝期大豆生长发育的影响,采用盆栽试验的方法,对盆栽大豆生长发育几种指标进行了研究.结果表明:除香草酸外,苯甲酸和肉桂酸处理均显著抑制了分枝期大豆株高的生长.3种酚酸处理均显著抑制了分枝期大豆叶面积的增加.酚酸浓度为0.01 g/Kg时,3种酚酸处理促进分枝期大豆根瘤数的增加;当酚酸浓度大于或等于0.1g/kg时,3种酚酸处理对大豆根瘤数增加的抑制作用逐渐增强.3种酚酸处理对分枝期盆栽大豆根冠比影响不同,但是均与对照差异不显著.
