Abstract
分析了‘丰水’梨去叶后二次开花过程中3种内源多胺的动态变化,结果表明,无论是在枝皮还是花芽,3种内源多胺在去叶后第6天迅猛上升,而后呈下降趋势;但枝皮中内源多胺直线下降,而花芽中内源多胺含量平缓降低,说明去叶对枝皮内源多胺的含量影响较大.‘丰水’梨花芽萌芽率与亚精胺含量呈极显著的正相关关系,与腐胺和精胺含量呈显著的正相关关系.
