草莓轻型黄边病毒检测研究

Abstract
本文对草莓轻型黄边病毒(Strawberry mild yellow edge virus,SMYEV)的2种分子检测技术进行了比较研究.结果表明,多重PCR技术以草莓actin为内参基因,完全排除在实验中杂质与操作的影响.Real time PCR技术具有更高的灵敏度和可靠性,可以定量检测出样本中病毒粒子的含量.结果表明,Real time PCR的灵敏度是普通PCR的100倍以上,而多重PCR的检测成本更经济.所以Real time PCR技术将用于引进品种的检疫,而多重PCR技术将用于大规模的脱毒苗的检验.
