Abstract
以烤烟品种K326为材料,研究了施氮量、种植密度及其互作对烤烟农艺性状、质体色素、干物质含量、化学成分及致香物质等的影响.结果表明:随施氮量增大,烟株的农艺性状指标;新鲜叶片质体色素含量及烤后烟叶的氮、烟碱和钾含量呈增加趋势;随种植密度的增大,农艺性状、质体色素含量及烤后烟叶的氮、烟碱和还原糖含量呈降低趋势.综合分析认为,在本试验条件下种植K326时,种植密度以18000株/hm2、施氮量控制在112.5 kg/hm2为宜.
