Abstract
对郾城烟区4个烤烟品种的化学成分、香气物质含量及感官质量进行了检测分析。结果表明:各品种烟叶的总糖含量、还原糖含量均偏低;烟叶的钾含量均略低于标准要求;钾氯比仅豫烟10号达到了适宜标准;豫烟10号和中烟100的香气物质总量较高,NC 71的香气物质总量最低;中烟100的整体感官评吸质量最好,其次为豫烟10号、中烟201,而NC71表现最差。
