烟秆力学特性试验研究

Abstract
为获得烟秆力学参数变化规律,运用复合材料力学理论建立了烟秆的力学模型.采用微机控制电子万能试验机对烟秆进行有节轴向压缩、无节轴向压缩及弯曲等力学试验,得出相应载荷-位移曲线,并利用MATLAB软件拟合了有节与无节烟秆抗压力的离散点变化规律曲线.结果表明,烟秆最大抗压力为5230.00 N,压缩弹性模量平均值为150.00 MPa,抗压强度平均值为4.42 MPa,标准差为0.29 MPa,最大抗弯力为1780.00 N,弯曲模量平均值为21.81 MPa,抗弯强度平均值为7.96 MPa,标准差为0.82 MPa.该结果可为合理设计烟秆收获及粉碎设备提供数据参考.
