芦柑果皮2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸丁酯残留的GC-ECD快速筛查

Abstract
旨在建立气相色谱-电子俘获检测器快速测定芦柑果皮2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸丁酯(2,4-DB)残留量的方法.以乙酸乙酯为溶剂超声波萃取果皮中的2,4-DB,蒸干后用丙酮定容至50.00 mL,气相色谱-电子俘获检测器法(GC-ECD)检测.方法 的检出限为0.20 μg/L,定量限为1.00 μg/L,加标回收率为71.0% ~95.2%,变异系数为1.4% ~9.9%.在所有样品中均检出2,4-DB残留,芦柑浸泡2,4-DB后,48 h内吸收降解了92.7%.
