Abstract
以白牡丹叶片及幼嫩茎段为外植体,建立无菌快繁体系,在此基础上筛选适合白牡丹组培快繁不同生长阶段的最适培养基.结果表明:最适宜的外植体材料为叶片,灭菌方法为75%乙醇处理15 s、0.1% HgCl2处理12 min;最佳的丛生芽诱导培养基为MS+2 mg/L 6-BA +0.2 mg/L NAA,芽诱导量可达10.8个/张;最适增殖培养基为 MS+0.2 mg/L NAA+2 mg/L 6-BA+1 mg/L KT,增殖倍数可达11.57;使用切根苗于干燥基质上进行生根炼苗可取得较好效果,炼苗成活率可达95%.
