Abstract
本研究优化了从蓖麻叶片中提取蛋白的过程,利用硫酸盐沉淀法、BCA试剂盒、UVwin5紫外软件V5.1.0、BandScan蛋白定量分析软件相结合的方法对蓖麻组培苗不同部位叶片中的毒蛋白的含量进行测定,结果表明,蓖麻叶片中毒蛋白的含量与叶位呈正比.
