芭蕉花中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺

Abstract
通过单因素试验分别研究乙醇浓度、料液比、提取时间、提取温度对芭蕉花总黄酮提取效果的影响,得到的较好的提取条件为乙醇浓度80％、料液比1g:35mL、提取温度70℃、提取时间3.0h.据此进行L9(34)正交试验,结果表明在乙醇浓度80％、提取时间4.0h、料液比1 g∶40 mL、提取温度70℃时提取效果最佳,此时提取率为1.53％.说明芭蕉花含有较高的总黄酮含量,有较高的食用价值.
