Abstract
用费乌瑞它和会-2为试验材料,研究马铃薯商品薯使用复合保鲜剂后贮藏120 d对马铃薯商品薯保鲜效果的影响,结果表明,用复合保鲜剂处理后可有效地延长马铃薯商品薯的休眠期,降低其质量损失和腐烂率.抑芽率达100％.
