Abstract
为明确密集烤房适宜的保温材料及安装位置, 降低烤房烘烤能耗, 对橡塑板、聚苯乙烯板、岩棉板、聚氨酯板4种保温材料进行了保温及耐温性能分析, 并以云烟87为材料, 采用三段式烘烤工艺, 常规烤房为对照, 比较保温材料3种不同安装位置对密集烤房温差、能耗和经济效益的影响.结果表明:聚氨酯板保温及耐温性能较好, 导热系数为0.02 W/m·K, 传热系数为0.67 W/m2·K, 耐温极限可达150℃;烤房顶部安装聚氨酯板经济效果最佳, 烘烤能耗降低12.49%, 降低烤房垂直温差0.98℃, 烤后上等烟比例提高5.86百分点, 干烟均价提高0.65元/kg.
