Abstract
为生产上谷子赤霉病防治提供依据,利用组织分离法分离获得谷子禾谷镰孢菌菌株,采用胚根抑制法研究不同谷子品种对禾谷镰孢菌的抗性,并对其防治药剂进行筛选.结果表明:在8个谷子品种中,张杂谷10号对谷子禾谷镰孢菌抗性最强,与其余谷子品种抗性程度差异明显;苯甲·嘧菌酯在浓度为325 μg/mL时对该菌抑菌活性最高,为74％.黄柏提取物在30 mg/mL时的抑菌活性最高,为73.1％.
